Genesis Educare was born out of a strong desire to bring trust and integrity into international student counselling. Our founder and CEO, Mostafa Hasan, brings over 25 years of extensive corporate management and leadership experience from the banking sector.
Beginning his career in 1998 as a Credit Officer at Prime Bank Limited, he served as a Branch Manager for 17 years. Recognised with the Best Manager Award in 2009, he also served as the CEO of Prime Bank’s overseas subsidiary, Prime Exchange Co. Pte Ltd, in Singapore. He later managed the Motijheel and Shantinagar branches at Jamuna Bank Limited.
The inspiration to start Genesis Educare came from a personal experience. While navigating study abroad options for his own daughter in 2022, our founder recognised a critical gap in the industry: many agencies prioritised higher commission rates over a student’s true potential and academic merit.
Determined to create an ethical alternative, he launched Genesis Educare in 2025 with a promise — never to misguide students for financial gain, but to treat every applicant’s future with the same dedication as a parent.
