Welcome to Genesis Educare.
When I founded Genesis Educare in 2025, it was built on a single, uncompromising principle: unwavering trust and student-first guidance.
My journey into international educational consultancy is rooted in over 25 years of corporate management and banking experience. I began my career in 1998 as a Credit Officer at Prime Bank Limited in Bangladesh. Over the years, I had the privilege of leading various key branches as a Branch Manager for 17 years. In recognition of my dedication and performance, I was honoured with the Best Manager Award in 2009. The following year, in 2010, I was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Prime Bank’s overseas subsidiary, Prime Exchange Co. Pte Ltd, in Singapore. Later, in 2017, I joined Jamuna Bank Limited, managing two of its most prominent financial hubs — Motijheel and Shantinagar branches. In 2022, I decided to step down from formal banking to pursue my passion for entrepreneurship.
Throughout my quarter-century in top-tier banking, I learned that true success relies entirely on exceptional customer service, transparency, and deep customer trust.
Why Genesis Educare?
My transition into the education consulting industry stems from a personal experience. In 2022, while looking for higher education opportunities for my own daughter in Canada, I consulted several student consultancy agencies in Dhaka. What I observed was concerning: a prevalent gap in trust and sincerity. Many agencies prioritised high commission rates over a student’s true potential, often directing bright students away from top-tier institutions simply to maximise their own financial gains.
As a parent, I recognised the urgent need for an agency that operates with high ethical standards — one that treats every student’s career as if it were their own child’s future. I resolved to build a platform that never misguides students for higher commissions, but instead provides genuine, profile-centric career guidance.
